Good recipes to try

recipe one...

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 apricots
  • 1/2 cup of green grapes
  • a quarter head of fennel

recipe two...

  • 10 spears of asparagus
  • 1 apple
  • 1 stalk of broccoli
  • 2 carrots

recipe three...

Straight watermelon juice. The rind can be juiced too, however, it is hard on most juicers.

Watermelon is a fantastic kidney cleanser and diuretic. If you have kidney problems it's not a bad idea to make this part of your daily eating and juicing routine. If you feel kidney pain, this should help nip the problem in the bud.

recipe four...

For a well rounded recipe, kidney and bladder troubles respond well to this combination:

  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 5 carrots
  • small handful of dandelion greens and parsley
  • add a wedge of watermelon if you have it

If your problem is severe, double this recipe and drink it slow, giving it some time to digest.
