Flatulence can be really annoying and at times painful. It mostly stems from diet.
Gas is a normal result of food breakdown in the digestive system. Some foods produce more gas because they are not entirely broken down by our digestive enzymes.
Bacteria ferments the undigested carbs and gas is released in the process. It also can be produced if enzymes normally used for food digestion are not available. Bowels backing up can also cause regular gas.
Adding fiber to the diet to ensure regular bowel movements signifigantly reduces gas for many.
Try some digestive enzymes like papaya mixed with mint or juice those two together after meals.
