Have you tried juicing turmeric yet? If not, you must try it!
There are a lot of ways you can use turmeric in your juices or smoothies.
Either way, you can gain the benefits of its anti-inflammatory, healing and reducing pain qualities. Turmeric has curcumin in it, and multiple research studies have shown that curcumin’s anti-inflammatory properties compare to those of ibuprofen, phenylbutazone and hydrocortisone. It mixes great with carrots, which have beta carotene.
If you juice it with pineapple, you'll get a double dose of anti-inflammatory and pain relieving benefits. If you juice it with celery, it may help to calm nerves and would be a good headache remedy.
