Diarrhea can really reek havoc on your day! It is an inflammation of the bowel caused by an infection, food allergies or intolerances, or by malfunctions of the digestive system.
It's a sign that either something has to get out of your body or that your digestive system is not working properly.
Juicing can help by providing nutrients to restore your system and remove any bacteria or virus.
