Q:Sometimes I think the juices are too strong. Do you think its a good idea to dillute them with water or do you have any other suggestions?
A: Yes, it's not a bad idea to dillute the juice with water. I do this quite often myself. I always have an apple around to help dillute any stronger juice recipes if I taste it and feel that it needs it. Keep in mind that cucumber and celery are versatile too, and very "watery" to add to your strong recipes.
Try adding about a half cup of water to 1 cup of juice. It will make it go farther and also reduce the sweetness and intensity of stronger juices.
