Q: Good day,
I was wondering: What are your thoughts on using Himalayan crystal salt to do the salt water flush?
(That's basically the only salt I have in my home and the only one I use in my meals.)
Personally, I don't think it will be a problem, as I've heard of Himalayan crystal salt being used in healing (e.g. sole as discussed in Water & Salt by Hendel & Ferreira).
Still, it would be interesting to have another opinion.
Thanks in advance!
A: Hi Sam! I do not know anyone personally that has used Himalayan crystal salt for the salt water flush, I also haven't read anything on it, which I sort of find interesting now that you mention it.
Yes, it's always used in healing, for many things in many ways, I love it.
And it's definitely important to use a high quality salt for the flush, and Himalayan crystal is one of the best salts, in my opinion. I definitely don't think it will be a problem at all, in fact, it will just give your body valuable trace elements and minerals. If you've got it, I'd say use it!
