I'm a meat eater that juices too ;)
I started juicing recently so I began to save all the pulp in the freezer until I could think of something to do with it.
I came up with a meat loaf.
1 pound of ground lean meat (I used beef)
1 cup of pulp
1 egg
salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 45 mins 350.
It felt like only eating meat but I was actually getting lots of other nutrients.
*Red veggies pulp can be used as salsa on top too.
