Kidney stones tend to respond well to a high fiber, high fluid, and low protein diets, and are the best preventive medicine. So lot's of water, and lots of plant based meals!
Diets high in animal protein encourage stone formation. They are usually formed from calcium and oxalic acid. Some are from uric acid and other mineral combinations.
Fruits and vegetables to juice:
Apricots, Mango, Melon, Peaches, Broccoli, Celery, Fennel, Leeks, Onions, Watermelon, Carrots, Dandelion Greens, Parsley, Cucumber
Herbs:
Goldenrod, Marshmallow, Plantain, Nettle

Straight watermelon juice. The rind can be juiced too, however, it is hard on most juicers.
Watermelon is a fantastic kidney cleanser and diuretic. If you have kidney problems it's not a bad idea to make this part of your daily eating and juicing routine. If you feel kidney pain, this should help nip the problem in the bud.
