What’s a really great way to get nutrition into your kid’s diet? Try a kids smoothie.
These recipes are taste tested and sure to please. Often times its very easy to hide fruits and vegetables that kids might not normally eat into juices and smoothies.
This will ensure they are getting a well balanced diet. If you find one they like, you can add different greens in small quantities (or other fruits/vegetables).
Try them out and save some for yourself.
Tips: If the smoothies are a funny color, tell them it’s monster juice. If they like it sweeter, add some honey or some apple juice.
Try starting out with a smoothie base that is their favorite fruit. For example, if they don't mind bananas, start out with a banana based recipe.
