CARROTS These sweet veggies are high in beta-carotene. They have many nutrients that are beneficial for boosting immunity, glowing skin and battle infections.
PEAR Pears have pectin in them that remain in the juice - this helps sweep toxins away and may help to reduce cholesterol. They are a diuretic and may have a laxative effect.
SAGE Sage has been known for being a memory enhancer and promoting better brain function. It's also used to soothe sore throats, ease coughs and respiratory issues.
GINGER Extremely anti-inflammatory and fantastic for preventing nausea and aiding digestion.
INGREDIENTS
1 pear
7 carrots
1 small bunch of sage sprigs
1/2 inch of fresh ginger
DIRECTIONS
Core the pear and cut it into slices. Juice the carrots, pear, sage and ginger together. Serve immediately.
