I watched a video on Utube on the Juice Daddy. He said drinking cantaloupe and carrot will help maintain weight. I tried to do this for one meal every day for a week. I think it did help with my weight as my stomach was flatter, and did lose 2 pounds. An unexpected twist- my skin looked great. Try this if you are trying to maintain or lose weight or want better skin.
